visit Singapore want to know where you can see the statue that become a symbol of torism icon in Singapore Merlion is an imaginary creature with the head of a lion and the body of a fish It was designed by Mr Fraser Brunner The original statue was located at the mouth of Singapore river but it was relocated 120 metres to the current Merlion Park in front of Marina Ba in 2002 rarr No CommentsTags Travel Scopello Beach in Sicily Island January 12th 2009 middot No Comments They said scopello means stones That 8217 s why you will see the beach covered by stomres not by the sands It was a bit funny when we found out that we could hardly walk to reach the water on the beach It was quite difficult to walk on the stones with naked feet But as soon as you reach the water you can swim or play with the clean beach water again We visited Scopello beach just few months ago when we decided to go to Sicily Island for our holiday And since we came there in October m it is not really high season of tourist You hardly see any tourist there It was just so quite I could not imagine that those place will be full of people in the high tourist seasons We were lucky that we could go there Have you ever been to Orvietto it is located in Italy I don 8217 t think many people know about this place since it 8217 s not really well described on tourist guide 8217 s book I also found it by accident When we had to drive in Italy we decided to stop somewhere to take a break because our kids already started to nag Then we looked on our map saw there is a place near by which is called
